For patients who can’t make it into the office, Mai Medical Clinic offers an alternative option: telemedicine. The team can diagnose and treat patients through video conferencing just as they would in-person. Whether it’s in-person or through video, the Mai Medical team is friendly and understanding, taking the time to listen to all your concerns.
Patients can also send and receive messages through our HIPAA-compliant phone system. We understand everyone is busy - that’s why we use technological advances to combat the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

In-person, only. This appointment is to establish your medical history, examine your current state, and understand your healthcare goals.

Established Patient
Online or in-person. This appointment is for medication refill, acute illnesses, and non-urgent complications to your current treatment.

New Patient Physical Exam
In-person only. This appointment is for your yearly check-up which may include EKG, urinalysis, depression screening, preventative counseling, and basic bloodwork.

Established Patient Physical Exam
In-person only. This appointment is for your yearly check-up which may include EKG, urinalysis, depression screening, preventative counseling, and basic bloodwork. This rate is for patients who have established care with us.
